Become a Spotter.
We're building a category of Traveler Care that doesn't fully exist yet — with people from dozens of countries who'd rather solve a real problem than follow a script. Here's what that's actually like, and what's open right now.
Open roles
Being a Spotter
Being a Spotter means showing up for a traveler at the exact moment they need someone competent and calm — a missed connection, a booking gone wrong, a request nobody’s handled before. It rewards resourcefulness and judgment more than following a script, and curiosity more than having every answer already.
A genuinely international team
OnSpot is genuinely international — colleagues across dozens of countries and cultures, working from one shared standard of care. You'll learn constantly from people whose backgrounds, languages, and ways of solving problems differ from your own. That's not a diversity statement — it's how the work actually gets done. Hospitality looks different in Tokyo than it does in Rio, and the team that understands that is the team that gets it right.
Real ownership
Spotters carry real ownership — the outcome of a case, a relationship with a supplier, a traveler's trust — not a narrow set of tasks handed down from above. You see the consequences of your work, because they're real: a family that got home safely, an agency that kept the promise it made.
We invest in you continuously
We invest in Spotters continuously, not just at onboarding. OnSpot Academy is how that happens: ongoing case-handling training, internal certifications, and the chance to specialize more deeply in a specific destination or traveler-care topic as you grow. Spotters who want to know a place first-hand get to — through familiarization trips to the destinations we cover, meeting the local partners on the other end of every case. Work is organized around flexible schedules, not fixed shifts, and regular local meetups bring collaborators together in person in the cities and clusters where they're based.
One standard
The same standard we hold for travelers — empathy first, ownership always, judgment over scripts — is how Spotters treat each other. Client, colleague, or traveler: it's the same person on the other end of it, and the same standard applies.
The Mastermind
Once a year, OnSpot's leadership steps away from daily operations — together, in one place — for four days built around learning, thinking, and building what's next.
This is what it feels like to work here. If it resonates, we'd like to meet you.
